First Project: An Amazing Master Bedroom Retreat: Before our very eyes, our dysfunctional master bedroom, tiny bathroom and closet were reconfigured by Paul and Vicki.  All the extra efforts like laying out the patterned waterfall tile on the floor before applying them to the floors and shower walls, so the pattern would look incredible, went that extra mile in our eyes.  At the end of each day, the area was cleaned up and were given a thorough update on everything completed that day as well as plans for the next day.  Family and friends are awestruck when I give them a tour.

Second Project: Creation of a Third Bathroom: We asked them to repurpose the square footage from our kitchen and hallway to create another valuable bathroom.  This project was a new learning experience and collaboration for all of us, to create an up flush system for our third bathroom. Many hours of research were necessary to be sure everything met the SANI-FLO company's requirements, and all work was performed to the city codes.  Several permit inspections were needed, which passed easily, because of Paul and Vicki's due diligence.  Things that we did not even notice, that were not meeting Paul's standards, they would bring to our attention and them they would fix it.  The Cunningham's found the best plumber and electrician to make sure everything was top notch.  Even the city inspectors commented on how flawless their work was, especially compared to most other jobs that they see.  This bathroom is just so gorgeous, and it is also with our 5th bedroom and creates a junior suite, which adds so much value to our home.  Therefore, we were extremely pleased and have full confidence and complete peace of mind on our final product.
